Alert Ambulance Service, Inc. is proud to announce that effective January 1, 2018, they will assume EMS Basic Life Support (BLS) coverage for the Borough of Red Bank. According to the contract that was awarded by the Borough Council last night, Alert Ambulance will provide one dedicated BLS ambulance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Additionally, Alert Ambulance will be entering into an agreement with both the Township of Aberdeen and the Borough of Matawan to provide one dedicated BLS ambulance to cover both municipalities from 6:00 A.M. unit 7:00 P.M. also beginning on New Year’s Day. This unit will help to support the volunteers of Bayshore Emergency Medical Service who continue to provide dedicated service during the overnight hours.
