Communications: Call Intake
This is where all requests for service enter our system.
Our capabilities consist of five fully equipped and operational call intake stations as well as one supervisor station.
Our trained and courteous Intake personnel are responsible for interaction with our clients and other referring medical transportation and EMS agencies. Our staff schedules non-emergency transportations as well as taking emergency calls. These requests are placed into the CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system, called RescueNet Dispatch, and are routed to the appropriate Dispatcher or stored for use at a later date.
Our intake operators are available not only to take your request for service, but are there to assist you with any questions you may have in regards to our services.
